Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Sakamoto Labs LLC, which operates MacroSite. By creating a page you accept them.

Your page

You own your content. You give us permission to host and display it so your page works. You are responsible for what your page links to, and for complying with the law and with the terms of any payment service you link (Pix, UPI, Mercado Pago and others). Payments through those buttons go directly between your visitors and you; MacroSite is not a party to them.

Not allowed

• Illegal content, malware, phishing, or pages that impersonate someone else.
• Sexual content involving minors, content promoting violence or terrorism, or harassment.
• Spam, deceptive redirects, or attempts to abuse the service's infrastructure.

We may remove pages that break these rules. When we do, we tell the account owner which rule and why, except where the law prevents it.

Handles

Addresses are first come, first served. We may reclaim a handle that infringes a trademark or impersonates someone, or that has been inactive and unused for a long period.

Plans

The free plan is free. Pro is in early access; joining the list costs nothing. When paid plans open, their price and terms will be shown before you pay.

Warranty and liability

MacroSite is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
