Privacy Policy

MacroSite is operated by Sakamoto Labs LLC (Florida, USA). This policy explains what we collect and why. We keep it short because we collect little.
Creators (people with a MacroSite account)
- Your email address and a hashed password, to run your account. If you sign in with Google or Apple instead, we receive your email address, your name if you share it, and an account identifier from that provider; we never see your Google or Apple password.
- The content of your page: name, bio, photo, links and settings.
- Your language preference, and the creator who referred you if you arrived through a referral badge.
Visitors to a creator's page
We set no cookies on public pages and store nothing about individual visitors. We add to daily totals: a page view, which link was clicked, the referring site or utm_source, the visitor's device type, and a country derived from the browser's time zone. IP addresses are used momentarily for rate limiting in hashed form and are not stored with analytics.
If you subscribe to a creator through their email form, your email address, an approximate country and the sign-up time are stored on that creator's list. The creator controls that list and can export it; contact the creator to be removed, or write to us.
Processors
We host on Google Cloud (Cloud Run, Firestore, Cloud Storage) in the United States. Embedded YouTube (privacy-enhanced mode) and Spotify players load from those providers when a creator adds them. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Your choices
Creators can export their subscribers at any time and delete their account from Settings, which permanently deletes the page, analytics and subscriber list.
